  • Founder & Creative Director

    Rich is an award-winning designer and illustrator, and a firm believer in collaboration and community, setting up the Drawsome! festival in 2015 and York Design Week in 2019. Rich’s sharp design eye and audience-focused approach has garnered an enviable list of clients, including BirdLife International, Cambridge University and Rainforest Alliance. His impressive body of work has featured in industry magazines such as Computer Arts and Complex magazine.

  • Associate Creative Director

    Mark is a multi-disciplinary designer across motion, print and digital. After studying film and digital media production, Mark’s spent the past decade mixing a successful freelance career with in-house roles for internal communications agencies, working for clients including Burberry, the NHS, Nationwide and Ofcom. Mark specialises in bringing work to life through a unique combination of skills including animation, illustration and graphic design.

  • Junior designer

    Maddy is a junior designer working across design and marketing teams, having graduated from Selby College in 2022. We work closely with Maddy as part of our client relationships, supporting and mentoring her as she grows in her role in the creative industry.
